I understand houses and how people live. Real Estate is actually more about people than property. I really enjoy helping people find properties that suit their individual needs, especially golf course properties that allow them to indulge their golfing passion. I am a people-person and what I enjoy most is the different people whom I come into contact with. Every day I learn not only from Real Estate but from all the people I interact with, both professionally and personally.

Finding out about properties before they come on the market gives my buyers a certain edge. On the listing side, I often bring top agents for the area to the home before it is in the Multiple Listing Service. The relationships I have developed with other Agents is truly one of the joys I have found in selling Real Estate in the Tucson environment. Being in the #1 Company, in their #1 Office really keeps me on top of the Market, but the extra networking through other agents in other offices and companies is a benefit to both myself and my Buyers and Sellers. Through my affiliation with Sotheby’s International Realty, I also network with top agents around the world.
